State PAC

“Fueling Illinois Political Action Committee” is the state PAC for IFRA members, intended to support candidates and educate legislators about issues impacting fuel distributors and convenience store operators.

This PAC can accept individual contributions as well as corporate contributions within State contribution limits.

Federal PAC

“Illinois Fuel & Retail Association PAC” is the federal PAC for IFRA members, designated as a “Trade Association PAC - Nonqualified”, intended to support candidates and educate legislators on the federal level.

This PAC can only accept individual contributions within the federal contribution limits.

EMA’s Marketer Defense Fund

Because corporate contributions are limited on the federal level to campaigns, EMA has created the Marketer Defense Fund which helps pay for lobbying and education expenses exclusively.
